John C. Corey was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of Stoneridge, Inc. in January 2006. Mr. Corey, since October 2000, had served as president and chief executive officer and director of the Safety Components International (OTCBB – SAFY), a leading low-cost supplier of airbags and components, with worldwide operations. Previously he had served as president, chief operating officer and director of SCI since March 1999. Mr. Corey served as president of Stanley Mechanics Tools, Inc., a division of The Stanley Works, a company engaged in the business of manufacturing and distributing mechanics hand tools, from September 1996 to March 1999, where he was responsible for worldwide operations. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association.
Mr. Lasky is the Chairman of the Board and Interim President and Chief Executive Officers of Accuride Corporation, a manufacturer and supplier of commercial vehicle components
Mr. Draime is the owner of Silent Productions, a concert promotions company, and owner of QSL Columbus, QSL Dayton, a restaurant franchise. Jeffrey P. Draime is the son of D.M. Draime.
Mr. Jacobs, a former partner of the accounting firm Arthur Andersen LLP, serves as Executive Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Brooklyn NY Holdings LLC, a privately held investment advisory company.
Ms. Korth is the founder, owner and president of IRN, Inc., an international automotive consulting firm that provides strategic planning, market research and operations consulting to clients ranging from Tier One auto suppliers to diversified manufacturing and service firms.
Mr. Schlather was a partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP serving as co-head to the Private Client Service group from August 2002 until his retirement in June 2008.
Mr. Kaplan has been a partner at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP since 1987 and has served in several management capacities prior to assuming the postion of Managing Partner in January 2008.
