Stoneridge includes five divisions under two reportable operating segments, as well as two joint ventures. The Electronics segment includes Stoneridge Electronics North America - Wiring, Stoneridge Electronics North America - Transportation Electronics Division and Stoneridge Electronics Europe. The Control Devices segment includes Stoneridge Pollak and Stoneridge Hi-Stat Manufacturing. Joint ventures include PST Eletrônica S.A. (PST) and Minda Stoneridge Instruments Ltd. (Minda).
