Mr. Carnahan has served as Vice President and General Manager of Stoneridge Electronics North America since Stoneridge Alphabet and Stoneridge TED were combined in July of 2007. Mr. Carnahan joined Stoneridge as Vice President and General Manager of the Company's TED division in Juarez, Mexico, in 2006. Prior to joining Stoneridge, he served as Chief Operations Officer for Hella Lighting in Mexico City, Mexico. Also with Hella, he served as plant manager and was promoted to Global Manager for Electromechanical Components and in this role he established a Joint Venture in China. Mr. Carnahan also served in various engineering and operational management positions with Siemens for over 21 years, two of those years in Germany and 10 in Mexico.
Mr. Jenkins currently serves as Vice President and Managing Director of Stoneridge Electronics Ltd. and Stoneridge Pollak Ltd. Mark joined Stoneridge in November 2004 as Managing Director of Stoneridge Electronics Limited in Dundee, Scotland. Prior to joining Stoneridge, Mark ran his own consulting business, with assignments in the UK as well as South Africa, North America, Slovakia and France. Mark previously held positions with Hoover, Borg Warner, Wabash Technologies, Senior Engineering and a range of other companies. He has operated at General Manager/Managing Director level for the past 18 years.
Mr. Sloan currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Stoneridge Hi-Stat. Mr. Sloan joined Stoneridge in February 2004 as General Manager of the Lexington Division of Hi-Stat prior to the consolidation of the Sarasota and Lexington Divisions. Prior to joining Stoneridge, he was Vice President of the Vehicle Controls Group of Invensys from 1996-2004 with responsibilities in North America, Germany, and the Czech Republic. Mike previously held positions with Wabash Technologies and General Motors and has operated in technical leadership positions over the past 29 years.
Mr. Suttmeier currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Stoneridge Pollak. Mr. Suttmeier has served in many capacities with Stoneridge since joining the Company in January 2000 as Vice President of the Switch Products Division. Prior to joining Stoneridge, Mr. Suttmeier served as Director of Operations, Compressor Controls at Texas Instruments, Inc. from 1996 to 1999.
Mr. Syzdek currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of Stoneridge Asia Pacific. Mr. Syzdek joined Stoneridge in August 2000 as vice president of strategic marketing and aftermarket sales for the actuator products division located in Boston, Massachusetts and became director of international business development in 2005. Prior to joining Stoneridge, he was employed by TRW Automotive where he served as director of customer development for ASEAN, China and Korea and was based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Previously, he served as general manager of LucasVarity Malaysia where he was responsible for the development of operations in Malaysia, Thailand and Australia. Prior expatriate assignments included Warsaw, Poland; Mainz, Germany; and Hong Kong, PRC. Syzdek began his automotive career in 1984 and has previously worked for both Chrysler Corporation and Ford Motor Company.
