Mr. DeGaynor was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer in March 2015. Prior to joining Stoneridge, Mr. DeGaynor served as the Vice President-Strategic Planning and Innovation of Guardian Industries Corp., (“Guardian”), a manufacturer of industrial glass and other building products for commercial, residential and automotive applications, from October 2014. From 2008-2014, Mr. DeGaynor served as Vice President-Business Development, Managing Director Asia for SRG Global, Inc., a Guardian company and manufacturer of chrome plated parts for the automotive, commercial truck and consumer goods industries. Mr. DeGaynor served as Chief Operating Officer, International for Autocam Corporation, a manufacturer of precision-machine components for the automotive industry, from 2005-2008. Prior to that, Mr. DeGaynor held positions of increasing responsibility with Delphi Corporation from 1993-2005.
Mr. Krakowiak was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in 2016. Prior to joining Stoneridge, he served as Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations for Visteon Corporation, a global automotive electronics supplier, from 2012. Prior to joining Visteon, Mr. Krakowiak held various positions at Owens Corning, a producer of insulation, roofing and fiberglass composites, from 2005-2012, the last being Vice President Finance, Composite Solutions Business. Prior to that, Mr. Krakowiak held various financial positions at Oxford Automotive, Kmart and Ford Motor Company.
Mr. Beaver was appointed as the President of Global Sales in 2012. Previously, he served as Vice President of Global Sales and Systems Engineering since 2004. He has been an officer of the Company since 2000 and has served in a variety of sales executive positions since joining the Company in 1995. Prior to joining Stoneridge, Mr. Beaver was employed at Textron Automotive for 16 years where he held a variety of sales executive positions. Mr. Beaver began his career at Ford Motor Company Plastics, Paint, and Vinyl Division, including positions in materials management and quality engineering.
Mr. Ferraiolo was appointed to President of PST Electronics Division in June 2017. He joined the company in 2015 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Stoneridge, Inc., he served for 5 years as VP of operations for Cannondale Sports Group in Brazil. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Ferraiolo served as Director of European Commercial and Development, Autocam Corporation, a manufacturer of precision components for the automotive industry. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility in operations and commercial areas during his 8 year tenure with Autocam Corporation.
Mr. Hartman has served as Chief Accounting Officer since 2016. Prior to that, he served as Corporate Controller from 2006 and Director of Internal Audit from 2003. Mr. Hartman served as Director of Group Accounting, Communications Group at Marconi PLC from 2000-2002. Prior to that, Mr. Hartman was Stoneridge’s Director of Accounting from 1996. Mr. Hartman began his career at Coopers & Lybrand LLP in 1990.
Mr. Moore has served as Vice President of Operations since he joined Stoneridge in 2016. Prior to that, he served as Global Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain and Operations at Ingersoll Rand, Compressed Air Systems from 2015. Prior to that, he served as Chief Product Development and Supply Chain Officer at Remington Outdoor Company from 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Moore was employed at Cooper Industries, Inc. where he held several leadership positions in the areas of supply chain, operations, and engineering from 2008.
Ms. Nagle joined Stoneridge in 2015 as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Human Resources – Global Aftermarket and Original Equipment Groups and Global Central Functions at Johnson Controls, Inc. During her eight year tenure with Johnson Controls, Ms. Nagle was a member of the global leadership team with responsibility for designing and implementing strategies and solutions to support business growth and success. Prior to that, Ms. Nagle held positions of increasing responsibility in the Human Resources field during her 17 year tenure with Ford Motor Company.
Mr. Willig was appointed to President of the Control Devices Division in October of 2017. He has had extensive global leadership experience and proven new business development success through his leadership of teams across multiple cultures, languages, locations, and disciplines. His prior experiences include serving in executive roles and leading P&Ls as CEO of Plasan Carbon Composites; president of Driveline Americas, and president of Sinter Americas at GKN; and president of the Power Transmission Division at Tomkins PLC (Gates Corporation). He has also served on various boards, including Plasan’s Board of Directors, GKN’s Chief Executive Council and Gates Corp. Asia Board of Directors.
