Mr. Fox has served as Vice President of Business Development since 2015. Previously, he served as Divisional Vice President, Business Development for the Control Devices division and as General Manager for the former Hi-Stat Sarasota plant. Prior to joining the company in 2004, Mr. Fox led several businesses as Vice President for Honeywell/Invensys Sensor Systems Thermal Management business with operations in North America, Europe and Asia. During his tenure with Invensys, Mr. Fox held various positions of increasing responsibility in operations, marketing, strategic planning, advanced development and M&A.
Mr. Kusiak has served as Vice President of Global Procurement since he joined Stoneridge in 2015. Prior to that, he served as Head of Strategic Business Initiatives at Sypris Technologies, Inc. from 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Kusiak was employed at Meritor, Inc. where he held positions of increasing responsibility in the purchasing function over a ten year tenure.
Ms. Mitchell has served as Chief Information Officer since 2016. Prior to that she served as the Director of Global Business Solutions from 2011. Prior to that, Ms. Mitchell served in roles of increasing responsibility since joining Stoneridge in 1990. She has successfully led numerous business initiatives and global cross-functional projects to improve our business systems and processes.
