Natalia Noblet
President and Chief Executive Officer
Natalia Noblet is president and chief executive offer of Stoneridge, Inc. She has served as president and CEO since April 1, 2026, and was also appointed to the company’s Board of Directors at that time.
Previously, she was served as president of Stoneridge’s Electronics Division from 2024 to 2026. Before joining Stoneridge, Noblet served as the senior vice president EMEA region within ZF’s Commercial Vehicle Solutions division. In this capacity, she led profit & loss for the region, including strategy, planning, sales, procurement, and manufacturing. Prior to this, Noblet spent nearly two decades at WABCO, where she held progressively challenging roles across operations, sourcing and purchasing, project management, quality, Six Sigma Lean, and change management. Following WABCO’s acquisition by ZF in 2020, Noblet seamlessly transitioned into leadership positions within ZF, focusing on integration, quality assurance and profit & loss ownership.
Noblet holds a master’s degree in international economic relations and a doctorate degree in economics and management science with a concentration in supply chain management, both from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in Poland. She is certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Susan Benedict
Chief Human Resources Officer and Assistant General Counsel
Susan Benedict was appointed chief human resources officer (CHRO) and assistant general counsel – labor and employment in June 2019. Benedict leads Stoneridge’s global human resources team to develop and deliver global talent and organizational strategies to drive the Company’s operations and growth, as well as provide legal advice and counsel on global labor and employment matters. Benedict previously served as Stoneridge’s director of legal since November 2017. Prior to Stoneridge, Benedict has experience in automotive manufacturing operations and non-profit programs management. After becoming a lawyer, she served as corporate counsel for Guardian Industries. Benedict holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She is licensed to practice law in Michigan. Susan served as a member of the Board of Directors of Unique Fabricating, a components supplier to the automotive and industrial appliance markets, from 2019 to 2023.
Robert J. Hartman
Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer
Robert Hartman has served as interim chief financial officer since 2026 and chief accounting officer since 2016. Prior to that, he served as corporate controller from 2006 and director of internal audit from 2003. Hartman served as director of group accounting, communications group at Marconi PLC from 2000-2002. Prior to that, Hartman was Stoneridge’s director of accounting from 1996. Mr. Hartman began his career at Coopers & Lybrand LLP in 1990.
Theresa G. Mitchell
Chief Information Officer
Theresa Mitchell has served as chief information officer since 2016. Prior to that, she served as the director of global business solutions from 2011. Prior to that, Mitchell served in roles of increasing responsibility since joining Stoneridge in 1990. She has successfully led numerous business initiatives and global cross-functional projects to improve the company’s business systems and processes.
Caetano Ferraiolo
President, Stoneridge Brazil Division
Caetano Ferraiolo was appointed to president of the Stoneridge Brazil Division in June 2017. He joined the company in 2015 and previously served as chief operating officer. Prior to joining Stoneridge, he served for 5 years as VP of operations for Cannondale Sports Group in Brazil. From 2005 to 2010, Ferraiolo served as director of European commercial and development, Autocam Corporation, a manufacturer of precision components for the automotive industry. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility in operations and commercial areas during his 8-year tenure with Autocam Corporation.
